We have had internal communication informing our staff of proper practices to prevent the spread of disease and are requiring any employee not feeling well to stay home. We have restricted employee travel and limited visitors to our facility. We have also invested in making sure our team has the proper resources available if they need to work from home.
• We are fully operational and committed to providing top service!
Our team is available through normal communication methods of phone and email. In addition, our business hours and fulfillment lead times have not changed. We are aware of the delayed freight transit times and have done our best to ship orders out same day, if possible, to shorten the prolonged transit times. Our dedicated team members that are unable to work in the office have committed to working from home to ensure the same level of quality service and support you have grown to expect from our company.
Our hearts go out to those dealing with the impact caused by COVID-19. As we continue to navigate this uncharted terrain along with the rest of the world, we will do our part in keeping our community safe and making sure our team keeps this as their top priority.
